Ad click data: if you arrive from a Google ad and accept non-essential cookies, we store the ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and campaign parameters (UTM) with your booking.

Provide and manage bookings, payments, and customer support.
Communicate updates about trips, safety, and platform changes via email and SMS notifications.

With Google Ads, to measure advertising performance: for paid bookings that came from a Google ad, we send the ad click identifier, the booking time and value, an internal order number, and your email address and phone number hashed with SHA-256 (never in plain text). Google uses this data only to match the booking with the ad interaction, under its customer data policies.
With Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure advertising performance: when a booking is paid, our server sends Meta the booking value and time, an internal order number, your email address, phone number, and customer ID hashed with SHA-256, and, if you accepted non-essential cookies, the Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp/_fbc), your IP address, and browser user agent. Meta uses this data to match the booking with ad interactions, under its Business Tools Terms.
