When the captain confirms your trip, Family Fishing charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or before your trip date using one of the following payment methods:

The deposit is refunded if the policy is met; only a 10% administration fee is deducted.
If canceled due to engine failure or bad weather, a full refund is issued.
